How? The Shaman Bone Blade is worthless and the Bloodletter is a lategame DLC item.

What dobyou mean? The bloodletter can be obtained very early in the game, it becomes available in the game right after you beat vicar amelia

Bloodletter is available to 8-C Hunter, and bone blades are far from worthless anyways.

It's at the end of the DLC, isn't it? Also, I figured if a key is labeled "Begining of the Game", then it's actually in the begining and not somewhere in the vuagely defined "Early Game".

It's not at the end, and it's available before A Call Beyond. It's not even something you have to twink hard for or sequence break either.

Hunter is just more versatile and ''Bloodletter'' just puts Flowey down.
