To be honest, I think that Luke might be able to stall him with a long and interesting telepathic conversation, but I can't see him going any further.

I see Luke holding his own for quite a while but inevitably Cthulhu's Hax will prove superior to Luke's. And since Luke can't put down Cthulhu for good (Low Godly Regen son!) Cthulhu's just going to outlast him and pull a victory.

I dont think Luke can bypass Cthulhus immortality and hax.
I will say Cthulhu, but luke might have the better mind tricks.
Although to be fair, Luke is High 4-C vs 4-C.

I gotta give it to Cthulhu, Luke's gonna have a hard time with his Low-Godly Regen and Luke's signiture Mindfucking wouldn't really work against Cthulhu.
