Acausality isn't a huge problem for Lumi to overcome, given his abilities. Abstract Existence is pointless when it comes from embodying concepts- Lumi can overcome that relatively casually. They both have Plot Manip to a relatively equal degree.
So, what can Sassy do to Lumi. Again, Acausality is pretty easy to overcome at this point. Plot Manip balances each other out. I think Sassy can overcome that level of Regen. Both have some degree of Void Manip, Mind Manip, Soul Manip, and so on.
Honestly, I believe this is Inconclusive. At best, I'd say Lumi would have some advantage for absorbing Ao into his being, but I'm unsure if that would affect a fellow Low 1-C. So I'm voting Inconclusive.
