How would L be substantially beyond baseline 1-A? Is transcending plot and logic much more powerful than transcending space or time?

Also take that back, 1967 Jungle Book is a masterpiece.
 
Yes. Transcending logic is a far, far, faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar greater level of 1-A than simply transcending space-time, and would be more than enough to completely roflstomp most official fictional verses in existence and qualify as 0.
