If we're using 2-B Versions then the Rimuru he'll mindhax is a clone. The true body analyzes it, adapts to the hax, sends another clone to fight and outhax him. Unless Demigra can somehow find the real Rimuru to mindhax but by then Rimuru would hax him to death.

Literally already said above that 4-D mind hax isn't gonna work, Ciel can literally conceal the system of the world sending it's voice to Rimuru's mind, same system which governs the souls of all dimensions and is the binding force of everything, which is several parallel worlds.
