Two insane supervillains battle each other to death. I always wished to see this happen...

MK 11 Joker vs Base Green Goblin. Speed equalized, battle takes place at Arkham Asylum and they start 5 meters apart, both on the ground. Victory via death! Let them fight.

Goblin: 1

I mean Gobby is just better in just about everything here... voting for him... this seems super decisive though...
 
Well... MK11 Joker was the closest I could get to match the Goblin's tier. Too bad he's lacking in equipment (in comparison to other incarnations).
