Dodo's beak looks kinda stronger and better for fighting. Chicken has better mobility due to its limited flight, but its not especially useful in combat. Claws are about the same for both.
Overall, I am voting Dodo for what appears to be a stronger skull and beak.

Dodo has more impressive musculature and a much stronger beak, perfect for crushing. There's also the height advantage a dodo has meaning it could quite simply attack the neck
