No, its not passive, iirc, Omega Flowey need to active it, and it is in character to Omega Flowey, because he did it literally the entire fight, however, the character in the fight in Asriel, Asriel doesnt use it in character, he has a better mindset than Flowey, I just showed how the Save and Load works

Yes, Flowey is Asriel, but he lose his soul after being attacked by the humans after Chara death, the humans thought that Asriel had killed Chara, but it wasnt what happend, so, the humans attacked Asriel, but Asriel refused to fight agaisnt the humans, so, he was attacked, after returning to the kindgom, Asriel collapsed and his dust spread in the garden, he lose his soul, he turn into a Flower, and there is what Flowey is, a souless Asriel, Photoshoped Flowey (aka Omega Flowey) is when Flowey got 6 humans souls in the neutral route, Asriel God of Hyperdeath is when Flowey got all the souls that existed in the underground in the Pacifist route, which includes Omega Flowey powers, obviously, because Omega Flowey is just a incomplete version of Asriel
