Imho, I'd keep him at 4-B and add a likely/possibly 4-A, since that green shit may have hindered his strength, given how it turned him into a zombie.
He should also have his own file, since it's a clone and not the real Broly, while the latter could have Resistance to Acid, since his clone wasn't totally melted by the aforementioned goo, which iirc melted a dog to death and was a threat to other characters.
