Glynda
Glynda goodwitch by drill5mm-dag795b
==Powers and Stats==

Tier: 7-B

Name:
Glynda Goodwitch

Origin: RWBY

Gender: Female

Age: Unknown

Classification: Human, Huntress, Teacher at Beacon Academy

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Able to use her Aura for numerous purposes (Aura can be used as a full-body forcefield, as a means of enhancing her striking power and sharpening her senses, granting her Regenerationn (Mid-Low), and to unlock the Aura of another person), Extrasensory Perception, Telekinesis, Forcefield Creation, Dust Manipulation (Grants her Weather Manipulation)

Attack Potency: City level+ (She was able to fight Cinder Fall with half of the Fall Maiden's powers for a period of time, Comparable to Qrow)

Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ (Reacted to Cinder Fall's attacks and even attacked Cinder herself)

Lifting Strength: At least Class M with Telekinesis

Striking Strength: City Class+

Durability:
City level+

Stamina:
High

Range: Dozens of meters with telekinesis

Standard Equipment: Riding crop

Intelligence: High

Weaknesses: Continual use of her Aura will cause it to decay to the point where she can be left weakened or even incapacitated

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Glynda's Crop: A thin, black riding crop with a simple black and purple design on the handle. Glynda first uses this weapon during her fight with Cinder Fall in "Ruby Rose". She can generate a wide variety of techniques through the use of Dust, including weather manipulation and object manipulation. It also is shown being used to create an energy shield to protect Ruby Rose from the explosion of a Dust crystal. When not in use, the crop collapses down to about a third of its normal length and is stored on a holster at the top of Glynda's right boot. She frequently uses her crop as an instrument to focus her Semblance, telekinesis.
  • Semblance: Telekinesis: Glynda's Semblance is telekinesis, the ability to move or control objects with her mind. She has a high degree of control over her Semblance, and is capable of using it in combat against enemies like the Grimm. Her skills with the crop are shown when she fixed the entire cafeteria after the food fight in "Best Day Ever". Despite it being a large mess, with tables stacked up and food scattered around everywhere, Glynda was able to fix the entire situation with a single wave of her weapon. It is notable that she does this all, seemingly, without effort.
Fubuki
One punchman fubuki by ooquant-d9omtyp.png
==Powers and Stats==
Tier: Likely 7-B

Name:
Fubuki

Origin: One Punch Ma

Gender: Female

Age: 23

Classification: Human, Esper, B-Class Hero

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Telekinesis, Wind Manipulation, Attack Redirectio, Able to temporarily nullify the powers of other Espers

Attack Potency: Likely City level with telekinesis (Able to reflect a single shot from Overgrown Rover which was going to completely destroy Genos)

Speed: Likely Massively Hypersonic+ (Although not as fast as some other S-Classes, she was stated to be on par with higher end A-Class, was able to reflect a casual blast from Rover and slightly kept pace with Dragon level Psykos)

Lifting Strength: Class 50 with Telekinesis

Striking Strength: Unknow

Durability:
Unknown physically. Likely City level with psychic barriers (Managed to reflect an attack which would have killed Genos, though it took immense effort and she mentioned she wouldn't be able to do it twice)

Stamina: Average

Range: Several hundreds of meters with telekinesis

Standard Equipment: None notable

Intelligence: High

Weaknesses: Fubuki is very insecure and gets easily intimidated by sufficiently strong opponents. She also cares for a group of weaker fighters that admittedly hold her back. Fubuki has been stated to be overly emotional and too reliant on fighting with numbers by Saitama as well. Sufficiently strong Espers can resist her Psychic Sealing. Cannot use her powers if she suffers from a head injury or any brain damage

Notable Attacks/Techniques:

  • Expert Psychic Combatant: Fubuki has been shown to mainly use her when fighting an opponent, throwing rocks, pebbles and various other items at her target, or manipulating their surroundings to her advantage to impede or crush them.
    • Hell Storm (Õ£░þìäÕÁÉ, Jigoku Arashi): Fubuki surrounds the target with a strong tornado, drawing in rocks and nearby small objects to inflict damage along with the wind.
    • Psychic Whirlwind (Õ┐ÁµÁüÕ╗╗Þ╗óÕÁÉ, Nen-ryü Kaiten Arashi): By making her psychokinetic signals move in circles around her, Fubuki can create a whirlwind capable of harmlessly redirecting psychic attacks much stronger than her own, as she showed in her fight with Psykos. The technique also has a jamming effect: if another esper steps into the whirlwind, they will allegedly be unable to use their abilities.
    • Psychic Strike (Õ┐Áµëô, Nen-da): By making a chopping motion with her hand, Fubuki can hit a target on the back of the neck with her telekinesis, knocking them out.
    • Psychic Binding (Õ┐ÁÕïòÚçæþ©øÒéè, Nen-dō Kanashibari): An ability used to suppress the power of another esper.
    • Hell Cluster (Õ£░þìäÕøúÕ¡É, Jigoku Dango): Fubuki gathers debris from her surroundings and crushes the opponent with it.
In character, no prior knowledge or prep time, SPEED EQUALIZED. Who wins?

Glynda - 3 (Jinx666, Risci, Akreious)

Fubuki - 1 (Jiangshi1)

Inconclusive - 0

Glynda has the AP and Dura advantage. Fubuki is only City level with her Barriers. How does a fight between two Telekinetics work, can they resist each others Telekinesis?

If not I see Glynda throwing Fubuki and be down with it. Fubuki can most likely throw Glynda but she doesn't have the AP to massively damage her unlike Glynda.

Fubuki is scaled from a 14 Megaton feat while Glynda is scaled from Half Maiden Cinder. Full Maiden Cinder scales from the Spring Maiden who has a 168 Megaton feat.

168 cut in half is 84 Megatons.

84 vs 14 (Possibly higher)

Would this count as a stomp actually since Glynda is at the least 6 times stronger then her? If this isn't a stomp however then I vote for Glynda via AP and Dura advantage.

Just did a little research and Fubuki's page is actually missing some pretty important powers, like her ability to redirect and suppress TK even if it stronger than her own

Cool if she can resist Glynda TK then that makes it better.

To be honest....I think it's inconclusive

It's true, Glynda does have the AP and Dura advantage, but in a fight of Telikinesis, which both can control that really isn't a huge issue, especially since as Weekly mentioned Fubuki has barely reflected attacks from a 7A, so she should be able to weaken the TK to around her own level, albeit a bit higher then her own.

Aside from this, Fubuki has shown to be generally cool headed when it comes to pretty much every one of her fights and expirience wise, Glynda only fought one character around her level pretty much the entire series, Fubuki has pretty much only fought or helped fight those around or stronger then her for almost the entire series barring only a couple instances.

In light of the AP and Dura advantage for Glynda, and the experience advantage in Fubuki's favor as well as being able to weaken telekinesis attacks, this is an inconclusive, too close to really call.

Stomp. Even with Fubuki's attack reflection, Goodwitch still has the durability to withstand the force of her own attack, and Fubuki can't spam it either. Goodwitch one shots from the looks of it.

Damnit Weekly, why did you put the best telekinetic waifus against each other???? TELL ME!!!!!!!

Probably gonna go with Glynda Goodbitch, mainly due to her most likely being much more experienced at fighting

Glynda was experienced and skilled enough to be apart of Ozpin's inner circle IIRC. She's at least somewhat comparable to Qrow and the like.

Honestly though, who said you needed to be a certain level of skill in order to be in the circle.

Ofc you need to be able to defend yourself and be a professional Huntsmen, but it's more about who Ozpin trusts than raw Strength. And of course, judging by Lionheart

Aura could likely be redirected. And nothing's stopping Fubuki from ragdolling Glynda around even with her barrier up, which would weaken her. Unlike Glynda as long as she doesn't push herself she won't strenuous damage. Most of Glynda's attacks an be redirected too.

Leaning heavily towards Fubooty. Glynda's only real advantage to me is her minor healing and weather conjuring - other than that, her displays of skill are too little to have an idea of her true skill outside of Qrow and Oz's statements. Theres also the fact that Fubuki is capable of nullifying other tk users with binding so she can likely go with that and bombard and toss Glynda around until her aura drops down and finish her off. Theres also her superior range so she can do more damage from afar, break any telekenetic hold, swirl around any oncoming attack to avoid it entirely or simply chop the back of Glynda's neck to knock her out

Just to clarify I'm voting for Fubuki.

Also would like to add most of Fubuki's attacks even if they don't harm Glynda, can obstruct vision and allow her to dodge majority of her attacks.

Lion heart used to be trustworthy and actually managed somewhat well against Qrow. He was just a complete coward in Vol.5, I mean he did try to somewhat redeem himself by fighting back against Salem but uhhhhhhh yeahhhhh.

Well she's never really had any reason to talk about it on screen. She's aware of the maidens well enough and is present for all the inner circle meetings so...

That's kinda an assumption we're making though...

And just because you're on a circle doesn't necessarily mean you have to be strong enough. You just have to be useful.

Well, one, no confirmation Lionheart was even in the inner circle

Two, he didn't do well against Qrow, merely being able to shoot projectiles from his weapon, but any close range scenes he was in, he was flipping around and getting owned by inexperienced children.

All I'm saying is being 'strong' isn't a requirement in order to be trusted. Winter, who is equal to Qrow, wasn't trusted enough, and she's like Ironwoods Glynda. So I don't know why people should scale just because they're in it

And while I don't disagree with 7-B Ironwood, he hasnt much shown anything to justify that, just beat some big Ursa, and a few fodder soldiers. Not as much as Qrow or Glynda at least. So we definitely shouldnt act as if you need to be a certain level of skill to be in the circle.

Fubuki for COB's reasons above.

The ratio between their APs is 6 times but she should still be able to compete due to her abilities made to counter superior opponents.
