A Battle Droid fights a High School Girl

The Battle Droid was sent to the high school in order to scout out what might be potential jedis that are either against the with or could be easily manipulated. Instead, the robot runs into Midori Gurin. Midori sees the robot and immediately doesn't like it. When it starts asking students questions, and threatened one with violence, Midori jumps in to defend her fellow student. A fight outside the school begins.

Speed is equalized. The droid has no weapons besides his fist, and Midori has a knife. They both wish to kill each other, and this fight takes place outside the yandere simulator high school. In this situation Midori can also die. Who wins?

I think a knife can't pierce through a droid and punching a B-1 droid is painful, they have a striking strength about athletes and hard as a wall, whereas Midori is about average human level.

Though Midori can just easily twist the neck of a B-1 droid, effectively killing it, if that is, of course, she is intuitive enough to find that weakness.
