I dont really have much of an input here. But I'll go with Baku. Yes Gibril can possibly control him via blood but she isnt shown doing it. Yes Gib has fought aganist GV, and he's a goddam beast. But Bak is a main character, and Gib is a minor side character,Bak probably has the means to take her down
