Aside from other status effects from moves like sweet kiss and maybe the odd offensive moves, Igglybuff doesn't have much else.

Gravity is just accuracy boost and affect both sides iirc

Perish Song kills both

Psychic and Lullaby are MT moves, so Iggly doesn't have them

Psychic is from pokemon go and Lullaby is from Pokemon Conquest so yes it would have them

Ok, so Phychihc is telekinesis and not really something Igglypuff would even use that often compared to other moves.

also Lullaby is alomost litterally Sing, but with a differen name, so doesn't really matter.
