Am not voting. Am just helping things get started.
To my knowledge, Vader isn't very force-heavy nor does he use the more haxy force abilities. Like, he'll probably pull Hikage closer and no-sell any of her danmaku via the force, but he'll mostly try to cut Hikage in half with his lightsaber most of the time and not use his force choke....
But, as we all know, Lightsabers are very hot, and would probably be hot enough to cut off one of Hikage's limbs from the get-go if she is unlucky enough to slightly graze his saber.
He's also superior LS-wise, and she won't be able to break out of his telekinesis, though.
However, on Hikage's end, well... She doesn't have a lot of hax. Her Pocket Dimension shit is rendered moot due to setting and SBA stuff since it mainly serves to hide away from muggles and reduce damage to the surroundings. Her supernatural willpower plus mind manipulation resistance should help her in case Vader decides to be OOC and use the mind hax abilities of The Force.
She got amps to her AP and Speed to an unknown degree. But Vader's precog helps him in deflecting blows and not getting speed blitz, but depending on her AP Amps, Hikage might get strong enough to one-shot Vader, or, at the very least, be stronger than him AP-wise. Which would help her pierce through Vader's forcefields and armor, and **** up Vader.

Vader has an LS advantage with the force, which he does like to throw people around with it.
not sure what Hikage's skill is, but it aint looking any better than Vader's.

Also, vader has precog and can deal with Hikage's Energy Projection. not sure why people are saying it's not looking good for vader.
more offensive haxes + a way to deal with Hikage's offensive haxes + LS advantage + superior skill (possibly) + far higer reaction speeds should let him win.

he's also dealt with people faster than him, and people who can easily chop his limbs off without any problems.
this is basically his average encounter with a jedi, if anything.
