nope since haru has a sword that can cut non physical things/beings and another sword that can create burst of air, and he can utilize them in a way in wich he create powerful burst of air that can cut non physical things

so this kind of attacks won't work on him, between Haru is 31,8 kilotons while Raven is 23 kilotons so he has the ap advantage


also if Haru will hit Raven with Runesave the NPI sword he can seal her magic powers and possibly her Aura too

To be fair, Aura is what protects them from that, as she has incinerated her surroundings and incoming attacks before and her heat has shown the ability to get through Aura, like when she melted Pyrrha's sword through her aura and turned Rhodes' metal coated skin red-hot through his aura
