Not sure on this one while Todoroki has 8-A attacks hes 8-B overall, but im thinking since the pillar men are technically stronger than Dio, they are on a higher portion of 8-B. So I'm thinking that if Esidisi can get close he wins and of Todoroki plays keep away he'll just spam his ice which I'm sure Esidisi can melt with his B O I ling blood. And eventually Todoroki will get tired. So my vote goes to Esidisi via higher dura, Regenerationn and higher lifting strength (let's him push back most attacks).

Pretty Sure Todoroki doesn't have anyway to completely put down ACDC because of his regen. Thus, I vote ACDC on top of the reasons already stated above
