Country level (Generally considered to be the greatest Unicorn in all of Ponyville. Is far superior to Trixie who can shock Rainbow Dash hard enough to make her yelp in pain)

That's the calc rating, Twilight Sparkle likely scales above it somewhat. (Superior to Trixie, Trixie can harm Rainbow Dash, Rainbow Dash scales above RD's filly self who did the feat that was calc'd.)
Country Level begins at 7 Teratons, & what Twilight scales from (Likely above of.) is barely below Country Level's 7 Teraton baseline, at 5.47 Teratons.
The current range for this tournament is 60 to 600 Teratons.
The point of my post was to express my frustration that The Element of Magic & magic enthusiast, researcher & user Twilight Sparkle is ineligible for entry as is.
(Not that big of a deal, though, I can live with it.)

Seems to skip past 6-B and I heard there is a smurf hax in there. Also I am seeing a few high hax abilities without justification so i have no idea how broken they truly are.
