Ok, so, does Haruka need to do anything specific to use her mind hax such as a set-up or prep? Is there any stipulation, say like how Lelouche needs to make Eye Contact for his Geass to work? Because if so, then can she achieve it should be the question here. If not, that makes this a mismatch alone.

If this was just a question of getting over her Regen, i'd go Inconclusive because "regen" doesn't say she "Beats Naruto", but that mindhax stuff makes this a Hax Stomp. Naruto is skilled enough to recignize illusions, but that is far superior to what Naruto is resistant to. Nit even Kurama can save him.

So my vote is:

• Haxstomp if her mindhax has no set up, limitation, etc.
• Inconclusuve if it does due to her regen.
