Okay, well Sarada shouldn't have problems avoiding it (depending on the size), but I guess to address the elephant in the room, Raven's biggest wincon is TK, which Sarada has no answers to.

Since they're in a flatland, she has no where to hide or to set up a clone as a diversion. Sarada doesn't start with Genjutsu unless she has no other choice, but here it seems like she might get defeated before pulling it out.

I don't know how often Raven uses TK, so this is just assuming this is a move she'll use after her energy beam
 
FINALLY got the time

So, Sarada's wincon gotta appear between Rae's first and second moves. See, her TK isn't usually throwing people around, but throwing A LOT of stuff at the person. From objects up to large pieces from the scenery around her...and when it's this option, she buries the enemy on whatever she throws

So whatever Sarada's doing, she gotta do before a f*ck ton of dirt blocks stop her from moving and break her bones

Uhm, you didn't equalize speed and Raven is rel while Sarada is only MHS+. Pretty sure Sarada gets blitzed here

If I'm understanding Ravens calc correctly her speed is about 58% the speed of light. I can't find Saradas value but MHS+ is at best less than 1% the speed of light.
So it seems that Sarada is at least around 58x slower which is a pretty massive speed gap

Time Stop and/or intangibility + more experience (iirc she and her team dealt with Clairvoyance before, but even if not, she's training for more time and is a very capable strategist)
There's also BFR, too, but she doesn't usually do that.

Long story short: Sarada would have to deal with a f*** ton of things and extremely quickly, which has been a trouble for her before and after this key (iirc, have been a huge while since I read Boruto). Combined with Rae being much more experienced, she's f***ed
