Raiden has always been a guy that's about killing, not incapacitate. So fighting 2B is unfair for the guy.

He wouldnt hit her 100times at once because after taking one hit she would be invulnerable for his attacks for 6sec, time enough to dodge him at least one time and slow down the time. No, one hit from that sword is going to be cutting her in half rather quickly as he's using the Mursama which is superior to his standard High Frequency Blade. And he's starting off in his Ripper Mode via SBA and that fact that the OP said so. Now even if she did become invulnerable she'd still have to tag Raiden which she isn't doing.
HOWEVER I've been talking to the person who made the calc privately, Blade Mode had nothing to do with it but the calc is wrong and that's coming from the person who made the calc to begin with. I'll make a CRT in the future but apparently Sub Rel isn't legit. That being said it's a stomp. He had a big speed advantage which was his only advantage but that's likely going to get taken away soon. So RIP.
