2000 Changes - Ultimate Kuuga Tiering Adjustment + Forms Addition

A small and short revision regarding the man with 2000 skills. There will be a 2nd part of this thread covering information about the novel, but these two things are something that should be included in the profile right now.

Ultimate Form​

Kuuga's Ultimate Form key is currently listed as "Likely 5-B", thankfully, we've gotten something for a solid tiering in this accepted calculation, which yield 6-C+ ranges in power. The new suggestion will be "At least 6-C, likely 5-B". This also applies to N-Daguva-Zeba's Perfect Form key.

At least Island level+ (Equal to N-Daguva-Zeba, who had burned over 30 thousand people within Matsumoto with his supernatural ignition ability), likely Planet level (If Godai looses control over the Ultimate Form, he would have the power to destroy the world through unknown methods)

Regular and Rising Forms​

Kuuga's standard transformations were unlocked through sheer adaptation during tough situations, alternate to his normal Mighty Form, this techniques grants him amplifications in specific attributes, while sacrificing others. These transformations do make a difference when he is fighting a foe that may require a better effort at speed, perception or strength, so Kuuga should just get Statistics Amplification for that. The multipliers are based comparing them to Mighty Kuuga's stats.

Regular Forms:

• Enhanced Transformation (Kuuga can alternate to Dragon, Pegasus, and Titan Forms)
  • Statistics Amplification (Speed, Agility, Jumping - Dragon Form grants two and half times more speed and two times more jumping than Mighty Form. Perception, Sight, Hearing - Pegasus Form grants eighty-three times the vision and ten times the hearing of the Mighty Form. Strength, Armor - Titan Form grants Kuuga enhanced strength and endurance)

Rising Forms:

• Enhanced Transformation (Kuuga can alternate to Rising Dragon, Rising Pegasus, and Rising Titan Forms)
  • Statistics Amplification (Speed, Agility, Jumping - Rising Dragon Form has increased leaping ability and mobility and one and half times the jumping power of the standard version. Perception, Sight, Hearing - Rising Pegasus Form has more sharpened super-senses compared to the standard version. Strength, Armor - Rising Titan Form has improved strength, muscles, and armor compared to the standard version)

Additionally, Rising Dragon Form should have a form of Durability Negation for striking directly into one's weak points with the Rising Dragon Rod.
