Might as well start,
Rabbid Mario has shown to be Physically stronger then Normal Mario, While paper shown to be Faster then normal.
but if Rabbid Mario get's in close range then if is over via Status Effect Inducement and able to turn paper Mario into stone while Paper Mario will have a problem even though he is more skilled.
BUT Paper Mario has a couple of things up his sleeve like duplication, time stop with battle cards and reality warping, So Rabbid Mario will have a hard time even hitting him in the first place. So Rabbid Mario only need's one hit (Because Status Effect Inducement) but Paper Mario has all the tool's to dodge all of his attack's and shown to scale to the same AP.

Rabbid Mario can turn paper mario into stone if he get's hit. (In his game When he hit's a with his weird shot-gun or hammer they will turn to stone)

Paper Mario has a huge advantage with the cards but he can't do his reality warping on his own and that leaves him with mostly melee combat methods and cards which will require melee combat to use and he shouldn't start with any star points now in head to head combat he is heavily out classed especially so give he is likely weak to the dash attack. So give him won't have his cards out right the cosplayer wins.
