Davoth's Omnipresence and incorporeal form is in a 2-A scale? If so, I don't see much that Giratina can actually do even in its True Form against him since we're using its 2-B version, but I also don't see how Davoth can counter Giratina's Immortality Type 8 and 9. If I'm right then I vote for inconclusive, as there's not much one can do with the other
