I personally think Arya should be 9-B all the way around (At least tv show version).

She's one of the strongest characters in the whole show.

I mean, even Ygritte has "possibly 9-B" on her page, while all of the other top tiers are at 9-B respectively.

As far as the fight goes....I don't know if 8 meters is enough of a range advantage for katniss. Arya stomps her in a close range fight imo.

Pretty sure 8 meters is far away enough for someone as skilled as Katniss to just kill her.

IDK. I'm american, so when I hear "Meters" I think of feet, and 8 feet is definitely not enough of a range advantage. (I know meters are longer, but I have no idea how much longer they are tbh).

Edit:

Just looked it up. 1 meter = 3.28 feet...so...just over 25 feet, which is definitely enough of a range advantage.
