I know exactly why you need this.
Buuhan's feat is a chain reaction feat, he himself isn't destroying the universe, and what he is actually doing is opening portals by poking holes in space time which is unquantifiable to attack potency and is hax.

In a sense you can still qualify the feat as Environmental Destruction feat. However on this wiki, it is just a Low 2-C feat because:
1. The macrocosm is not accepted as 2-C structure
2. The feat is vague. He could by all mean only cause the colapse of the Living Universe not the whole macrocosm, so even if somehow the macrocosm is accepted as 2-C structure, his feat could well be just Low 2-C which is also mentioned on Dragon Ball verse page, with no one scale to due to being Environmental Destruction feat

Buuhan's Outside Space was only threatening the destruction of the Living Universe, as confirmed by the Daizenshuu, and this was only because the neighboring dimensions were going to crush them. By all accounts, this would really only be 3-A.
