I'm more referring to his ability to actually do that. Which he seems to have.

Pretty sure Delta was referring to oneshot, as in, Yogiri doesnt have conflict in the series (due to instakilling people), while Anos has conflict (mostly because he lets the conflict happen for his own entertainment and to teach the opponent a lesson)
