Not specified so doubt it, but these are decent wincons as Dio would instantly lose if hit by these.

Fair enough, then I'm sticking with my vote for Dio, as he'll most likely shoot first here due to thought-based haxes, and both of those haxes (Time Stop and Reality Overwrite) just end the battle right there and then.
