Imma add that Enrico Pucci accelerating time until a new Big Bang happens to remake the universe is Low 2-C due to the scan also mentioning the singularity point at the "reset", aka making a space-time.

If that's not enough, then Pucci should be downgraded to High 3-A as it's a double standard otherwise.

For Pucci you have him directly taking the 4th dimension (time) and accelerating it until the universe ends and then restarts. He's not affecting space on a 3-D scale but a 4-D scale. Its why the spread mentions accelerating time on a universal scale to infinity and then deaccelerating it, which is a Low 2-C feat:
