Eh, I'm going with Eggman, while he doesn't have experience in direct combat in a super state unlike Sonic, his creativity and tactical ability will allow him to surpass his rival, the fact that he has Perfect Chaos, Dark Gaia, and the Mother Wisp guarding his back should make things easier for the overwhelmed colossus with a soldier, who although he has a crazy Damanku, Eggman should be able to protect himself from a distance

Also, his control of Phantom Ruby is decent, he could give himself terrain advantage and greater range, plus he could try things like stopping the Giganto from escaping by trapping it in a universe edited by him.
