We need to stop scaling speed to travel time.

Doubly so if said travel time is in space because you go faster in space due to a lack of air resistance or gravity.
If a guy flew across the galaxy, it doesn't mean he can always move at light speed all the time. If you're in the atmosphere there's probably more leniency

Yeah pretty sure we stopped doing it a while ago, now to scale to it you need feats like reacting to attacks just as fast or fighting people tyag can react to you moving at full speed, stuff like that
