Battle of the Comic Book Gunslingers.
Scenario: Classic Western gunfight at 25 yards. Roland will still have his thumbs for this battle.
Edit: Each character will also have melee, explosives and futuristic weapons but will still be at least 9-B.
Specifically, for Pennywise and Maturin. I came across a quote from the comic adaptation of Dark Tower "Long Road Home" talking about the cyborg Beam Guardians created by the Old Ones.

The Langoliers are rated as 6-B for this feat. Could someone explain to me how this would be so, considering the feat was not achieved by a single individual within the species except a large amount?
