The Celebi page has some problems with it, namely; Speed.
According to the page Celebi has Relativistic+ speed. But Celebi actually has Immeasurable speed.

There's no real connection that I can tell between these two other than the fact that that they're both 6-B and I wanted a 6-B match. But who cares...

In the recent adding of lore, Dialga is stated to be able to move in a future beyond time, which scales to Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, and composite Darkrai and Cresselia. Celebi also has this description, so take that with a grain of salt.
