    Arrowverse Scaling

    There are currently people who scale to Flash's old stats (i.e. Atom, Steel, Firestorm, etc.) before he was upgraded. However, Flash is often depowered/slowed down for plot purposes. So it should probably get discussed how this scaling should work.
