    I'm not very great at measuring how a feat would be measured, but I'd consider this a greater feat that taking punches from a high school student. In Death Note: Another Note (and yes, this is canon.), L is tossed down a flight of stairs byNaomi Misa and after a few seconds, gets up and shrugs...

    I might be late to this party, but I'd have to give it to Remilia, via superior AP, Dura and speed. I just can't see my boy Lester being able to keep up with her, especially since her regen would be a major issue.

    From what we've seen, she has frozen Jack Noir, an MFTL+ character for a decent amount of time, noticeably not infinite however. But yes, I'd say her timestop is instant.

    If you're talking about Alpha Jack Noir/English (as that is the picture that is displayed), then it's a massive stomp in favor of Galactus. However, if this is Beta Jack Noir, then I'd personally say Jack due to the Red Miles. Edit: Or Green Miles, whatever the hell it was called.
