Speed isn't equalized due to the massive AP difference.

Round 1: All out

Round 2: The Batter only needs to defeat Madotsuki once and the World won't disappear if he does.

The first round I'd probably have to give to Mado or inconclusive. Even if the Batter beats her via MFTL speed and likely higher reaction time, I just can't see him surviving her waking up, let alone multiple times.

Round 2 however, I'd have to give to the Batter. Her AP may be higher, but that's assuming she is at her absolute strongest. Maybe if she uses the stoplight, but I think the Batter could hit a decent homerun before that happens.
