    Tell that to Saint Seiya. The fact remains that if a character is stated to be able to sub-atomically destroy things and it is shown to be true then we have to consider all his attacks as sub-atomic unless they end up being an outlier.

    No. Urek, FOR THE LAST TIME, only has Light Speed attack's. We can scale attacks to them yes, but nothing else in terms of speed. Also High Rankers should not be ranked Light Speed either. Honestly what logic compels this? Urek is so far ahead of them it's not even funny.

    Also any other Ranker besides, Enryu and the 10 Family Heads should only be Sub-Relativistic+ on account of being comparable to Hell Joe who could just about keep up with a non-serious Urek.
