Actually, they're not. An object can transcend an infinite dimensional object and still just be infinite dimensional because there may be a collection of these structures where higher and lower realms exist but still transcribe to their general laws (such as space-time).

We already have that. In the most recent comic though it was implied his friends would share the same station as "God" though. We don't actually know what happened though.

I think they can be measured. Feats are still relevant unless you're in the upper echelons of 1-A.

It wouldn't. Lucifer's sword was so effective only due to the presence's weakness. Bernkastel also sent Erika into the deepest parts of the Sea of Oblivion which surpasses Michael being Bfr'd by a ridiculous degree.
Technically there's no reason for us to scale the top tiers to the Amala considering Baal Avatar killed Noah who transcends the Amala.
