    Yes, but he isn't trained by them. He is mostly involved with them either as enemy or occasional ally. Like Flash with The Rogues, he sometimes work with them, but he was never part of it.

    Deathstroke is at least 8C, and I doubt he can shockwave camp with 1m of starting range, that is if we assume they know each other's power. If they don't, I also don't see an in character Deku starts a fight with a shockwave blast without knowing the opponent's power.
