    Did I miss a CRT where this was allowed? Toeiverse and DBS are treated differently on the site to the best of my knowledge. You'd be wrong. Anything can be questioned or changed and multiple CRTs have flipped from an upgrade to a downgrade or vice versa because of it.

    Technically, yes, but DB didn't use feats from that version in their composite Kiryu. They mainly use Canon Kiryu, IDW Kiryu, and Video Games Kiryu. Now, thinking about it a second time, the video game Kiryu scales from this Godzilla, so I think the battle is not a stomp.
