    I don’t think you’re getting my point across. It was a long laceration, sure, but sukuna states that his intention was to cut Ryu in 3. Ryu simply didn’t, and he was no worse for wear. He wasn’t panting or anything of the like, akin to Yuji, or completely silent after Yuta.

    15F Meguna’s Dismantle should definitely scale to Ryu, since it did cut him, though it was shallow, and admitted it was intended to cut him in 3. Cleave should definitely scale above Dismantle, considering that he explicitly states he’ll be more serious before using it.
