Its amazing how reinhard is perfectly balanced in Hax - Stats - Resistance
He has all the Hax to win against stronger opponents from Tier 1 while resisting most common Hax except for CM Type 1

I would have to look through his profile again, but as far as I remember, the idea was to start him in one of his lower-dimensional forms and have him act in-character rather than under SBA conditions. That was mainly because I assumed his SBA characterization would result in him immediately going berserk. Doing so would prevent him from instantly resorting to tearing Reinhard apart with some esoteric hax. There may have been additional reasoning behind it that I am forgetting, so rereading the profiles would probably help refresh my memory.
And yeah, this match is definitely in Reinhard's favour due to the lack of BDE/HDE. However, I am not sure whether that same standard necessarily applies to 1-A characters as well.
