Lowkey I'd be fine with a rule similar to this for threads that reached a certain length. Saying "I vote X" or "X FRA" is fine whenever the thread is short and/or very decisive (although even then I'd prefer at least mentioning which specific reasons you're voting for, not just FRAing nothing and hoping people assume what you mean).
But spawning and saying 2 words after 30 pages without reading anything is silly.
Even this allows for loopholes but makes it harder to achieve them

Luffy can emit armament from his body at the TSO, Conqueror's Infusion does something similar with making a "barrier" around the user. The TSOs cant actually touch Luffy.
