My headcanon Sukuna undoes his tattoos and pulls out something. We do know it works like some kind of sealing.

yuji keeps popping off with black flashes, sukuna freaks the hell out pulls out the fire arrow maki will sneak him again and tries to take his last hand sukuna stops her but then yuji sends out a dismantle of his own taking his arm while going in for one final black flash going into the inner domain to have a chat with megumi does a big ol' todo like speech and puts his hand out to megumi- cliff hanger.

I know you probably mean "eat it" to mean he'll tank it but I can't help but remember him saying he'll eat anything to kill Sukuna and just imagine him literally eating Fuga and then just using it himself and that's how the chapter ends

Kusakabe knew this, I wouldn't put it as something limited in verse.
This is an anti-feat to his intelligence, he couldn't figure this on his own throughout the entire battle and never thought to use extension tech this way.
I forget when its stated his is the strongest?
And this doesn't make him extraordinary genius. Not only that but the ranking goes Tengen > Kenjaku > Sukuna in barriers.
Look at Kenjaku. What you should be listing to show eg is his use with binding vows alongside his domain, rct, and soul splitting.

Maybe so, but do consider that he likely knew this when all of this information was being gathered for what sorcerors use today. Back then it likely wasn't common knowledge since it was like a renaissance for Jujutsu. Think about it in a musical sense: way back before jazz, 7th chords were not very common or at least were not properly named, so someone who used it proficiently was seen as a genius.
He also never believed that he could, but I see your point.
Not my idea, I also was a bit on the fence about adding that tbh since EG was pushing it, but no harm no foul since I didn't think he deserved it anyway. But achieving an Open Barrier domain is still a viable feat for genius because it should scale above people like Gojo who had mastered his Domain to the point where he could manipulate its size to a basketball.
All that aside, is Sukuna viable for just Genius?

Yet Gojo didn't knew that.
He made Mahoraga do the work that still some level intelligence feat. He couldn't do the change of nature in CE not that he couldn't figure out extention technique. Also quick thinking of BV and usage still falls under intelligence as far as I know.
It nowhere mentioned Tengen > Sukuna Lmao.
It only stated Tengen is good at barrier techniques. Dude was even surprised at Kenjaku using Open Barriers domain.
Anyway rating should be just Genius not EG.
