ErGenverse CRT: Some AP Changes

Pretty simple and straightforward, a few new calcs were approved and the following changes are in order;

1. As a result of these calcs, All Soul Transformation level cultivators will be upgraded from 5-B to 5-A.

2. As a result of this calc, All Immortal level cultivators are downgraded from 3-B to 4-A. As for Archean level cultivators, they will remain 3-B albeit baseline due to the below quote;
“The true Galaxy Bow has 30,000 Eternal Stars embellished on it. Once pulled, it can make galaxies and laws collapse, shattering all laws. Its sheer power is simply indescribable!”

Said bow is on the level of Eternal Stars, the equivalent of Archeans and the like.

3. As a result of this calc, Demigods are downgraded somewhat but remain within 4-B.

Characters affected;

Wang Lin:
Last key will be "4-A, higher with the Ancient Devil, 3-B with Dao of Tyranny"

Su Ming:
Last two keys will be; "4-B, 4-A with Undertaker of Evil's Armour and Spear | 4-A, higher with Undertaker of Evil's Armour and Spear"

Meng Hao (Spirit Realm):
Last two keys will be; "4-B, 4-A with Mist Blade | 4-A, higher via Dharma Idol, far higher with Terracotta Soldier"

Bai Xiaochun (Heavenspan Realm):
Last key will be "4-A"

Gongsun Wan'er:
"At least High 6-B, up to 4-A through Absorption | At least High 6-A, up to 4-A through Absorption | 5-A to 4-B through Absorption, will eventually become 4-A through Absorption | 4-A"

The following will not have their tiers changed but their justifications. They need to be unlocked.
