So, I'd need help with this feat that you've evaluated. Basically, the city that has been created isn't just a random one, but a replica of the home city of the setting:

This is what is beyond the boundary of this fake Mitakihara, your condition in the real world.

The thing's straight up said to be a provincial city in the official website (It has "地方都市" which means provincial city), and this gives up some insight on the feat. The city in question is pretty large, has multiple buildings coming from important capitals world-wide, and more importantly is implied to be based on Yokohama given it has the same port.

It is also the second largest city in Japan by population, so I wonder if it's worthy to change with the size of the actual city compared with the previous calc.
