Hello
Could you please clarify the validity of the multiplier? If we have a numerical system for internal energy that directly affects power levels, and there's a coefficient for this energy's growth upon reaching a super form (a 10-fold increase), can we consider this a multiplier?
Especially when in the manga we have a series of correlations between this energy level and the difference in power (the difference betwee ghoul and a normal human is 4-7 times or more. The difference between their RC factors is, on average, 5-10 times or more, but with exceptions and margins of error).
If we compare RC to Ki, and to Kakuja a Super Saiyan, then with a 10-fold increase in Ki, the power level increases by 10 times. We don't have a direct quote that says "he became 10 times stronger," but we do have evidence that says "his energy level became 10 times greater," and we know that this energy level is related to power.
The multiplier rules state, "For lower multipliers, like things much less than 100 times, evidence can take the form of a clear increase in combat strength against priori equal or superior opponents." We have both evidence of RC's effect on strength, the precise amount of energy gain, and numerous demonstrations that the increase in strength can indeed be x10.
