Even tho death happen from time to time, it's not common for the main cast to kill. Wishing characters death is not something i expected from you of all people here

You also can't really prove that they are a lost cause, but even if they are it still doesn't give anyone the right to take their life. There are many ways to deal with them that doesn't involve killing tho, same with saving Luffy.

The presence of Mjosgard does prove that its possible to change their mentality, beside that it woulnd't be in character for Luffy or the Straw Hats to do a purge all over Mary Geoise.

If such event has to happen, i can only see either the Revolutionary or Blackbeard's crew doing it, maybe the latter since Oda can get away with it, having Teach be the one showing the self fulfilling prophecy, yet at the same time making clear that what he its doing isn't something to be admired.

I am interested in deposing them, not exterminating all of them, but for the world to be freed, the genuinely dangerous ones first need to be permanently defeated.

Also, Imu apparently gets significantly weakened when his god knights and elder stars are killed by others.

Can't wait to see what Oda is cooking in the future to make Luffy even stronger to defeat Imu. Obviously, Luffy must improve his Conqueror's Haki first, but I think Oda is cooking something else.

Hmm. I just read the new One Piece chapter, and what is happening there is not just very worrying and disturbing.

Imu impaling Luffy with several legendary weapons and Luffy being in absolute agony from it is almost identical to what happened in chapter 13 of my own old story, when the living embodiment of the war propaganda of the military industrial complex systematically tortures the most heroic character in the story to death by using several legendary weapons from history, including the names of several of them overlapping.

It is war, tyranny, and cruelty torturing hope, freedom, kindness, and genuine heroism to death in the almost exact same manner.

However, similar strange events have happened to me a lot over the years, so I have almost gotten used to it by now.
