Ok so how does death work now?

Castorice is real and the warden of the nether realm which is the underworld since shes supposed to be ereshkigal like in fgo

But if things in death go to nihility becaude nihility is death then how does the nether realm work at all? It worked for ampho cause it was limited to ampho but now it seemingly works in a universal scale

I didn't watch the thing but cas shouldn't have the touch for now since the nether isn't formed yet and everyone in ampho is immortal. The same way death didnt exist before the titan arrived (cough cough cm1 cough cough)

it makes nihility somewhat weird because normally when things die they go to nihility since nihility is just considered death but now they seemingly just go to the nether realm
