The only mortals near his closer lvl to trascendent were the Sinners
Sinners did not become "perfect beings" in fact the abyss is more noticable socialize with the antitesis of what is PO, so anything related to abyss would not be a perfect being

We should stop using this "transcendent level" words, like, it doesn't mean anything specifically. Anyone who is strong enough beyond conventional measure is a transcendent level beings, even the Angels' power were said to be on a transcendent level, which we don't even know what that means.

And what I'm doing is something canon, because Navia's attack from her Skill can increase her dmg, so that's not a pure game mechanic whatsoever.
