Superman has gone into space many times and has survived without any problems. For this reason, he and the other Kryptonians must be able to survive in space. In addition, they must develop resistance to radiation: "Without an atmosphere to filter it out, space harbors immense amounts of cosmic radiation, so any character capable of enduring it would have to resist its radiation."

Superman takes Doomsday into space to fight him. In an earlier scene, Clark had heard from Lex about Doomsday’s power and capabilities, and had witnessed his strength firsthand. To fight such a powerful enemy, he took him into space. This shows that Superman had no hesitation about taking a prolonged battle into space and beyond the atmosphere. Furthermore, while in a “near-death” state in space, he is brought back to life by the sun, which once again demonstrates that Superman's cells function using solar radiation without needing oxygen.

Why would Superman get radiation resistance from being in outer space rather than surviving a point blank hydrogen bomb explosion?
I think the second one is more conclusive evidence, but I can list both in the profile.

Do you think that would give him further resistance to extreme heat ? If i remember correctly nukes bombs can generate 10 million kelvin heat.

They do but it's for a fraction of a microsecond. For the W87 it's like 200 Million F but it quickly disperses to like 4-6k as the fireball spreads out. Radiation at the hypocenter is like 240 Grays of exposure
 
I see you’ve applied it. But before I close it: shouldn’t Flash’s Supergirl benefit from the same scaling? Or was that different continuity?
